At Claire Toronto, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This return policy clearly explains the conditions and procedures.
Conditions for Returns

Returns can only be registered after the item has been physically received.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All return costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including international shipping and any customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Trying on items is permitted; wearing them is not.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part or all of the order are not eligible for return.
Sale Items Final Sale Policy
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
- This includes, but is not limited to, Size does not fit, Preference for another color, Change of mind & Personal expectations not met.
- By purchasing a sale item, the customer explicitly agrees that the item is excluded from the 30 day money back guarantee and cannot be returned.
Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing info@clairetoronto.com. within 30 days of receiving your order.

Upon approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, located in China.

Return the item at your own expense, including shipping and any applicable customs charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Liability

Claire Toronto is not responsible for lost return packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address.

Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order.
